Withdrawals vs. Refunds
Pauv is a fully liquid platform. Because you can close your positions against VBC 4.1 at any time and withdraw your balance, Pauv does not offer traditional “refunds” for Platform activity, NPSI-driven losses, or automatic liquidations of shorts. If you wish to retrieve your funds, simply close your active positions to restore your balance and initiate a withdrawal through the Platform. Withdrawals are processed automatically, with no manual review.No “Change of Mind” Refunds
We do not offer refunds or reversals for:- Changing your mind after opening a long or short position
- NPSI movements that result in a loss when you close a trade
- Automatic liquidation of a short when its buy-back cost reaches 95% of the position’s escrow
- Fees paid on opening or closing a trade
- Dissatisfaction with Platform features
Exceptions (Bona Fide Errors)
Pauv Inc. may, at its sole discretion, correct your balance or process a re-credit in the following specific scenarios:How to Report an Error
To report a Bona Fide Error, email [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction. Include:- Your account email
- The Glide transaction reference (for deposit issues) or the affected trade or position ID
- A clear description of what you expected vs. what happened
