1. Information We Collect
We collect three categories of information from users of the Platform.A. Voluntary Data (Information You Provide)
- Account Registration: Your name and email address.
- Claim Flow (Public Figures): If you claim an NPSI profile, we collect information sufficient for our team to confirm that you are the individual represented by the profile, plus the payout details you provide.
- Support: Information you send when you contact customer support.
B. Automatic Data (Information Collected via Technology)
- Device & Usage: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and timestamps.
- Activity: Pages viewed, time spent on the Platform, and interface interactions.
- Cookies: We use cookies and local storage to maintain your login session and ensure Platform security.
C. Transaction Data
- On-Platform History: Records of deposits, withdrawals, balance, trades, and claimed-profile payouts.
2. Public Figures and Public-Domain Information
NPSI profiles are derived data products reflecting public sentiment about cultural figures. Pauv does not collect, store, or use a public figure’s personal information for the purpose of listing their NPSI.- No personal data required to list an NPSI. NPSI profiles exist because public sentiment is public domain.
- No biometric data. Pauv does not store or use biometric data of indexed individuals. All profile images are copyright-free or AI-generated.
- Claim-based data collection. If a public figure chooses to claim their profile, we collect the confirmation information and payout details described in Section 1.A at that point, solely to administer the claimed-profile payouts.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Service Delivery. To create and maintain your account, credit deposits, process withdrawals, settle trades, and disburse claimed-profile payouts.
- Integrity & Safety. To detect manipulation, abuse, account takeovers, and other harm to the Platform or its users.
- Communication. To send transaction confirmations, security alerts, and administrative updates.
- Service Providers. We share necessary data with our payment partner, Glide, solely to provide services and meet legal obligations. Glide processes your data in accordance with its privacy policy.
4. Your Privacy Rights
Pauv extends the following rights to all users, consistent with the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) and other applicable state privacy laws:
Other state privacy laws. If you reside in a state with its own comprehensive privacy law — including, without limitation, California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), and Utah (UCPA) — you may exercise any additional rights granted by the law of your state of residence, such as the right to opt out of targeted advertising, the “sale” or “sharing” of personal data, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Pauv does not sell personal data. Verified requests are honored in accordance with the law applicable to you.

5. Data Security & Retention
- Security. We implement industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for data in transit and at rest.
- Retention. Personal information is retained only as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations.
