If you suspect unauthorized access to your Pauv account:
  1. Email [email protected] immediately with “URGENT: ACCOUNT SECURITY” in the subject line
  2. Your account will be temporarily frozen to prevent unauthorized activity
  3. Our team will work with you to secure your account

Tips for New Users

  • Start small. Familiarize yourself with the platform and VBC 4.1 before committing larger amounts.
  • Understand the model. The NPSI moves based on trading activity. Read How It Works to understand VBC 4.1 and fees.
  • Shorts can be liquidated. An escrow-backed short is automatically closed if the NPSI rises enough that the buy-back cost reaches 95% of the position’s escrow. You receive whatever remains of the escrow; you cannot lose more than your net stake, but you can lose nearly all of it in a sharp adverse move.
  • Withdrawals are automatic. Press withdraw and it processes with no manual review. See Funds.
